Massive Crowd at SUOXI Medical Equipment’s Stall in ICCB Medical Expo 2025

The three-day long Medical Equipment, Health Tourism, Food & Agro Machinery Exhibition on May 8, 2025, at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in Dhaka. Among all the participants, SUOXI Medical Equipment’s stall—located in Hall-3—drew massive attention from visitors due to its unique offerings and expert consultancy services.

Dr. S. M. Shahidul Islam, PhD, Chief Consultant of SUOXI Acupuncture Hospital and General Secretary of the Bangladesh Acupuncture Association, personally attended the stall and offered live consultations to the visitors regarding various health concerns.

The SUOXI stall provided free on-spot diagnostic services, including skin and other general health screenings, followed by instant result interpretation and expert advice. In addition, they offered a 30% discount on all pathology tests conducted at SUOXI Healthcare Diagnostic Lab.

Apart from consultations, the hospital also showcased various medical equipment at affordable prices, accompanied by after-sales support. The aim was to promote alternative and integrative healthcare, especially acupuncture, and make health services more accessible to the general public.

This exhibition was organized by SEMS Global USA, a reputed name in international event management. The inaugural ceremony was graced by Thijs Woudstra, Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of the Netherlands. Other notable guests included Md. Abul Hashem, President of Bangladesh Agro-Processors Association; Nuria Lopez, Chairperson of the EU Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh; and Meherun N. Islam, President and Group Managing Director of SEMS Global USA & Asia Pacific.

Organizers believe this expo serves as a vital one-stop platform for buyers and sellers, helping to strengthen Bangladesh’s image in the international business and healthcare landscape.
