Advanced Operation Interface: A programmable controller (PLC) and a 7.0-inch color touch screen automatically control the entire process. It simultaneously displays jacket pressure, inner chamber temperature, inner chamber pressure, operating status, fault alarms, and other relevant information.
Intelligent Drying System: The system ensures that residual humidity after drying does not exceed 0.2%, with the residual humidity of dressing not exceeding 1%.
High-Efficiency Air Filter: The sterilizing high-efficiency air filter ensures sterile air in the chamber, preventing re-contamination.
Automatic Water Supply: The equipment is connected to an external water source for automatic water replenishment. After the user selects the program, the entire process from water injection to drying is completed automatically, with a voice prompt signaling the completion of sterilization.
Independent Steam Inlet: The inner chamber has a separate steam inlet, ensuring the steam does not pass through the jacket, which prevents contamination from the carbon steel of the jacket and ensures effective drying.
Safety Interlock System: A double-door channel type with a pressure, mechanical, and electronic 3-layer safety interlocking device, featuring over-temperature protection and over-pressure protection to eliminate potential safety hazards.
Multiple Programs: Includes fabric, instrument, rubber, solid DIY, and enhanced programs, as well as auxiliary drying and water-adding programs. BD, leak test, PCD test programs, and optional liquid programs are also available.
